Shipping Costs For Online Orders (New Zealand Only)
(Not applicable for Bespoke wedding bookings)
Fifi Boutique Bespoke only offers Shipping within New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Our deliveries are done through New Zealand Post and will be tracked and signed for.
Fifi Boutique Bespoke operates within usual Business hours:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm
We are closed on Public Holidays.
We endeavour to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, but in the unfortunate situation that your order will be delayed we will contact you directly. We will pack and send out your order once payment has been processed. Please take into account it may take longer to receive your item if you place your order over the weekend. We would advise to purchase any wedding items well in advance of your wedding to insure you receive your items in plenty of time.
Your order will be packaged in a secure box with relevant protection. We use NZ Post to deliver all of our parcels. Once your order has been sent out we will email through your tracking number. All orders sent require Signature.
Allow 2-5 days for delivery once your order has been sent out (allow extra time for Rural addresses and possible nationwide disruptions).

Shipping Costs For Bespoke Wedding Bookings (New Zealand Only)
This cost will be based on the number of items you have ordered, the size of your items and the weight. This cost will be presented to you in your quote prior to any payment is needed. Delivery costings for bespoke wedding orders usually range between $20-$50.
For large weddings where multiple items of different sizes and weights are needed this could be more.
Collection For Online And Bespoke Orders
If you would prefer to collect your items this can be arranged by appontiment. Our flower studio is based in Matamata Waikato and a time and date will need to be arranged and confirmed prior to collection.
